Services:
TechKluster provides a platform for companies with access to pre-screened and pre-vetted candidates for the purpose of finding suitable employees. TechKluster also provides support services, such as background checks, reference checks, and skills assessments.
Fees:
Companies may be required to pay fees for using TechKluster’s services. The fees will be specified prior to the initiation of the services. Companies are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.
Confidentiality:
TechKluster and its employees will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information collected from companies and candidates. This information will only be used for the purpose of providing TechKluster’s Services.
Limitation of Liability:
TechKluster is not responisble for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of the uses of its services or the hiring of any candidate through its services.
Indemnification:
Companies agree to idemnify and hold TechKluster and its amployees harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from the use of TechKluster’s services.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction in which TechKluster is headquatered.
Changes to Terms:
TechKluster reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on the TechKluster website and will become effective upon posting. The continued use of TechKluster’s services after the posting of any changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of such changes.
