Interview scheduling without the email thread

Interviewers publish times. Candidates pick one. The thread of “does Tuesday work” stays out of the inbox.

Most interview delays are not the interview. They are the messages before it. Someone proposes Tuesday. The candidate is in another city that afternoon. A second interviewer can only do Thursday. The role sits still while the thread grows.

In Jobs and interviews, the interviewer sets the times that are actually free. The candidate sees those times and picks one. The interviewer accepts, or asks for a different slot. A panel uses a time that works for everyone required, instead of a time that worked for the first person who replied.

The schedule belongs to the job, not to a personal calendar export that nobody else can see. Notes from the conversation stay on the candidate, next to the assessment if the role has one. Assessments are a separate step, not a file emailed the night before.

This is part of TechKluster Hire, along with the listing and the screened pool. After an offer is accepted, the person continues in TechKluster HR without a second data entry.
